Overview
My squid (マイイカ, mai-ika) is the Inkling of the player character (own character) that the player controls in the Splatoon games.
In Splatoon, there is equipment called "gear" that can enhance clothing and abilities.
This allows for a variety of character makeups, and allows players to enjoy their own fashions.
In addition, Splatoon allows users to freely change their name (which can be changed from Mii), gender, skin and eye color, so it is possible for a single user to have many squids.
This means that sometimes a single user can have many "My Squids".
