Overview
Reona West is one of the characters from PriPara. She's one of the West twins and a member of Dressing Pafe.
First appeared in the TV anime's 12th episode, Reona's catchphrase is "Tension Relax" but she often says "Relax" after Dorothy says her "Tension MAX" catchphrase. Unlike Dorothy's hyperactive personality, Reona has a shy personality but she often matches Dorothy's actions.
Reona's real gender

Compared to Dorothy, Reona's the only one of the main cast who doesn't have eyelashes drawn. Since Reona's introduction, the "sister" term was not used and the physique draws suspicions about Reona's gender.
In the TV anime's 18th episode, as the West siblings transferred to Paprika Private Academy, Reona wears a male uniform, much to the shock of Mirei and Sion. When Mirei asks if Reona is a boy, Reona tells the truth. Reona is a male. After that, Laala asked how come Reona normally dresses the way he does, Reona said he and Dorothy "have always shared the same clothes".
As a rule, PriTickets can only be handed over to females but Reona, as it turned out, is the only male character who can "genuinely" enter and leave PriPara.
Digression
In the early concept art, Reona is a female paired with Sion and her hair color is white. Dorothy wasn't present at that time but Reona's gender was changed to male when she was set as a twin.
In the Korean-dubbed version, Reona's gender is classified as "top secret". Reona's uniform was altered with men's slacks and a pink necktie, and in the TV anime's 110th episode, the Japanese version saw Reona wearing shorts and a hoodie while the Korean version saw Reona wearing a shirt inside the hoodie.
