Today, this technology is widely used as software for personal computers, etc. Vocaloid and Voiceroid are well known among those distributed to the general public.
The above-mentioned software for the general public in particular became popular along with the spread of video distribution sites such as Nico Nico Douga and YouTube, where users can easily post their creations, because even amateurs can create songs and talk pieces using voice synthesis to some extent easily.
