Due to the katakana for mouse (マウス, mausu), it can refer to these other terms and words:

A computer mouse is a type of input device for personal computers.
It is small enough to fit in one hand, and can be moved horizontally to assist in computer operation. Cordless types are also available.
The origin of the word, by the way, is because the early ones looked like mice.
