Omurice
A Japanese dish involving a standard omelette layer with fried rice below or inside, and sauce on top.
Omurice is a primarily Japanese dish, commonly found in anime as a breakfast meal.
Recipes typically involve a standard omelette with no toppings (in contrast to Western omelettes that often have toppings baked in), which has a fairly large amount of mild fried rice below or inside the omelette and which is often not shown in artpieces or in anime, and then putting ketchup on top of the omelette.
The fried rice often involves rice, chicken, soy sauce, onion, oyster sauce, ketchup, and/or sesame oil or seeds.
