Overview
Omelette (オムレツ, omuretsu), or omelet, typical egg dish, it is made by beating chicken eggs, seasoning them with salt and pepper, and quickly frying them in a frying pan with butter.
Unlike tamagoyaki, most are leaf-shaped and rounded and raised.
Because of the simplicity of the ingredients and the method of preparation, it is commonly made in all countries of the world.
