"Grimace Shake" is a type of drink/ TikTok trend based on McDonald's Grimace character. It all started on June 5th, 2023, when McDonald's Twitter account was hijacked by Grimace. The meme became popular on TikTok and YouTube after Grimace posted a selfie and confirmed that McDonald's will be adding its birthday meal to McDonald's menu. This meme depicts the excitement of a McDonald's customer trying the drink, while the next scene depicts horror and death after the victim tries it.
