Six continents (六大州) is another geographical term for continents but in only in six regions.
Overview
Six continents (六大州, rokudaishū) is a term for the six regions of the Earth, and is also used to mean the entire world.
In terms of geography, each continent except Antarctica is considered a region (as in state), including the surrounding islands, and many countries have more than two states, including mainlands and enclaves.
