Story

Far far away, unknown and untouched by human civilization, lies a peaceful island covered in snow and ice. On this white island, deep inside a small secluded forest, is a tiny village inhabited by little animals. No-one knows how they came to live on the island but they naturally came to live together in the village situated in the little valley where the sunshine is warmest and the cold wind is least harsh. In the village lives Pororo, a very inquisitive impish little penguin, good-natured polar bear Poby, smug nosy fennec fox Eddy, shy and timid little beaver Loopy, friendly penguin girl Petty, happy-go-lucky humming bird Harry and mischievous dinosaur Crong. All of our friends have distinct personalities and different interests which sometimes cause little (and sometimes not so little) happenings in their calm white world. But they are all good friends and know how to help each other in times of trouble.

Main characters

Season 1-Present

Pororo:Little penguin filled with curiosity who loves adventure and challenge. When something triggers his curiosity, he acts upon it.

Crong:Cute baby dinosaur who causes trouble by following everthing that Pororo does. The world is filled with things he wants to know.

Eddy:Little fox who is smart and loves inventing things. His inventions cause big and small accidents but the events always end up giving his friends a large gift of memory.

Poby:Polar bear with a heart as big as his size. He is alway the first to help those who are in need.

Loopy:Shy, feminine beaver who loves to cook. She always takes care of her friends with kind and gentle heart.

Season 2-Present

Petty:Bright penguin girl who is athletic. Unlike her feminine appearance, she has a free and easy personality.

Harry:Cheerful humming bird who loves to sing but cannot hold a tune. His noisy attitude sometimes annoys his friends but his presence always makes a bright atmosphere.

Season 3-Present

Rody:Funny robot made by Eddy to resemble himself. He is strong is strength and can stretch his arms and legs.

Tong Tong:Little dragon who is a magician. He turns himself larger when flying in the sky.Takes Pororo and his friends to the magic world.

Popo and Pipi:Active and outgoing Pipi. Timid and shy Popo. They are trouble making alien friends

Minor characters

Eddy's Robots : Many different types of Robots other than Eddy. In Season 3, he built a new Robot named Rody who joins the friends.

Dragon : A friendly green dragon who lives in Porong Porong Forest. He didn't appear in Season 3 in favour of a new dragon named Tong Tong. He met Petty in "Petty's Secret Friend". He also appeared in 2 singalong episodes, "Mommy Pig, Baby Pig", and "Blue Land".

Steggo : A metal Stegosaurus who is often seen with Dragon. He didn't appear in Season 3.

Shark : A not so friendly Shark who swims in the waters of Porong Porong Forest. It is odd to have Sharks in the cold. He is seen chasing Pororo in the opening titles of Season 3. He is also seen in Season 2, Season 3, and one of the singalong episodes, "The Whale Song".

Aliens : Two blue aliens who live on the Moon and sometimes fly down to Earth in their Flying Saucer ship. They did not appear in Season 3 in favour of Pipi and Popo.

Whale : A friendly Whale who helps people in danger. He has saved Pororo from danger. He did not appear in Season 2 and Season 3 (except Pororo's singalong).

Fish : Not friendly. They hate people who swim under the water.
