Overview
Frieren - an Elf mage who, along with a group of heroes including Himmel, Heiter, and Eisen, defeated the Demon King after a 10-year adventure quest. After completing their mission, they parted ways and continued living their lives. Himmel and Heiter gradually grew old and died due to the short lifespan of humans, leaving only Frieren and Eisen (a Dwarf). After Himmel died, Frieren regretted not learning about him. When she receives an invitation to go far north to the resting place of the souls, Frieren immediately accepts because this is the only chance she can say a proper goodbye to Himmel. Together with Fern, the adopted daughter of Heiter and Stark, a disciple of Eisen, Frieren set out to continue writing her own journey.
