Bandai Namco Holdings (バンダイナムコホールディングス, Bandai Namuko Hōrudingusu), sometimes abbreviated as BNHD, is a Japanese entertainment conglomerate holding company.

In 2005, toy company Bandai and game maker Namco Limited merged their operations to form Bandai Namco Holdings.

Since this company is a holding company, the game development business is described in the article Bandai Namco Entertainment and the toy and hobby business in the article Bandai.

In April 2022, the logo mark was renewed, and at the same time, the corporate philosophy, which had previously been called "Mission" and "Vision," was replaced by "Purpose," and "Fun for All into the Future" was adopted as the new Purpose.
