Elecbyte (エレクバイト) is an independent team of software developers known for creating the MUGEN engine and PCXClean. They tend to disappear for long periods of time though.
Its website is also largely inaccessible as of September 2021. The main page is a 403 Forbidden error.
Their last activity was on Twitter promoting a game called Rotten Core with a Indiegogo donation link.
