This tag is used to connect projects that are particularly famous.
However, it is up to the individual who added the tag to decide what is considered famous.
Care should be taken when deleting a tag that has once been added, as doing so may lead to an editing war.
Also, since the tags are relatively new (created after March 2010), there is also a concern about what will happen when a project loses popularity and can no longer be called famous.
