Benefactor, though the Cosmos stretches far and wide, and the stars fill the sky, as long as we hold each other in our thoughts, there will always be a chance for reunion.

Overview
Fugue, or Tingyun, was the former chief representative of the Whistling Flames merchant guild in the Sky-Faring Commission from the Xianzhou Luofu. However, she was attacked and replaced by Phantylia, who used her identity as a cover to cause mayhem in Luofu. Yet, by a twist of fate, a sliver of hope remained, and in the aftermath of the Destruction, she reclaimed her life when she was saved by Ruan Mei.
When she was resuscitated, Ruan Mei optimized Tingyun's biological functions in the process of rebuilding her body, resulting in the number of tails, a characteristic of the Foxian race, increasing to nine. It has taken time for Tingyun to finally recover to a level where she can live a normal life without any problems, but she seems to need to sort out her emotions before she can return to her old life.
Abilities
- Basic ATK: Radiant Streak
Don't look back.
Deals Fire Damage equal to 50% - 110% of Fugue's ATK to one designated enemy.
- Skill: Virtue Beckons Bliss
There's no harm in sharing good fortunes.
Shall we unite our goals?
Fugue grants Foxian Prayer to 1 designated ally and enters the Torrid Scorch state, lasting for 3 turns and decreasing by one whenever Fugue's turn starts. Foxian Prayer only takes effect on the most recent target of Fugue's Skill.
The teammate with Foxian Prayer has their Break Effect increased by 15% - 33% and can ignore enemy Weakness Type to reduce Toughness by 50% of the original Toughness Reduction value. This cannot stack with other Toughness Reduction effects that also ignore Weakness Type.
While in the Torrid Scorch state, Fugue's Basic ATK is enhanced to Enhanced Basic ATK: Fiery Caress. After the Foxian Prayer teammate attacks, Fugue has a 100% base chance to decrease the attacked enemy's DEF by 8% - 20% for 2 turns.
- Enhanced Basic ATK: Fiery Caress
Clouds are easily scattered.
The long dream has vanished.
Deals Fire Damage equal to 50% - 110% of Fugue's ATK to one designated enemy and 25% - 55% of Fugue's ATK to adjacent targets.
- Ultimate: Solar Splendor Shines Upon All
Dreams of a past life are now all gone.
Though life is as a speck of dust, it dances still in grace.
Deal Fire Damage equal to 100% - 220% of Fugue's ATK to all enemies and reduce all enemies' Toughness regardless of Weakness Type. Also when breaking Weakness, triggers the Fire Weakness Break effect.
- Talent: Fortune Follows Where Virtue Spreads
While Fugue is on the field, enemy targets are afflicted by the Cloudflame Luster state, equal to 40% of the enemy's max Toughness.
When the enemy's initial Toughness is reduced to 0, Cloudflame Luster can continue to be reduced. When it is reduced to 0, Weakness Break Damage is triggered again.
While Fugue is on the field and allies attack Weakness Broken enemy targets, the Toughness Reduction from that attack will be converted to 1 instance of 50% - 110% Super Break Damage.
- Technique: Percipient Shine
Not yet time to return.
After Fugue uses her Technique, she will inflict Daze on enemies in a set area for 10 seconds. Dazed enemies will not actively attack.
After entering battle via attacking Dazed enemies, Fugue's action advances by 40%, with a 100% base chance to inflict the same DEF reduction state as that of her Skill on all enemies, lasting for 2 turns.

About Other Characters
This part is about what Fugue thinks about the other characters in Honkai: Star Rail.
"Resurrection" is always a strange experience, but Miss Ruan Mei instructed me to not overthink things. I just needed to follow a regular routine and focus on exercise to regain my health. Her tone was so relaxed... as if this was all a simple task.
I still remember... Whether it was driving starskiffs or leading the Sky-Faring Commission, Madam Yukong was always present in the Xianzhou's course.
Madam Yukong told me, there was a day when she too once "died," and in the long days that have followed, she's been searching for that feeling of being "alive" again.
I remember... I once gave him some rare toys. He was a very polite child, and when he came across a sword he liked, he became absolutely radiant with delight.
The general's skill in maximizing returns with minimal effort is still vivid in my mind... I hope that one day, I can witness it again.
I'm not sure why, but lately, I've been feeling especially tired. I keep thinking about Lady Bailu. Next time I'm back on the Luofu, I'll definitely go visit her.
I could never forget the master diviner's stern yet pleasant voice... Though she spares no feelings, every word she says makes sense.
Is she a diviner of the Divination Commission... or the proprietress of the games parlor?
