Overview
Ruan Mei is the member number 81 of the Genius Society and one of the creators of the Simulated Universe along with Herta, Screwllum and Stephen Lloyd.
A sweet-tempered and elegant scholar and an expert in the biological sciences. She earned Nous' attention with her talent and terrifying perseverance, and began her research on the origin of life in a secret corner of the universe.
Secretly, she greatly enjoys traditional theater and desserts, and she is also very interested in embroidery.

Ruan Mei creates a field that lasts for 2 turns. With this field, All-Type RES penetration increases for all allies, and their attacks apply Thanatoplum Rebloom to enemy targets.
When enemy targets attempt to recover from the Weakness Break state, Thanatoplum Rebloom prolongs the duration of their Weakness Break and inflicts action delay based on Ruan Mei's Break Effect.
Enemy targets will also take Break Damage based on a percentage of Ruan Mei's Ice Break Damage.

Increase allies' Speed by 8%—10.4% and when allies Break an enemy target's Weakness, they deal additional Break Damage equal to 60%—132% of Ruan Mei's Ice Break Damage.
- Technique: Silken Serenade
Sound lingers.
After Ruan Mei uses her Technique and entering the battle, she automatically uses her Skill: String Sings Slow Swirls without consuming any Skill Points.
In the Simulated Universe when she uses her Technique, allied attacks on enemies are treated as entering the battle by attacking the enemy's Weakness. This attack can deplete the toughness of the entire enemy team irrespective of Weakness Types.
When breaking a Weakness, the attacker's own Weakness Break effect is triggered.
If the current attack causes Weakness Break, additional Break Damage equivalent to 100% of Ruan Mei's Ice Break Damage is dealt to the enemy based on the number of Blessings (up to 20 Blessings).

This part is about what Ruan Mei thinks about the other characters in Honkai: Star Rail.
Some may find her personality unbearable — I can understand the sentiment, but I simply don't care. Of course, Herta knows this too, so I accepted her invitation.
