Overview
HZN, commonly known as Hazuna Rio (蓮奈理緒), is an acting organizer of the joint production Cookie☆. Images of him shows him in cosplay with illustrated papers pasted on his face.
He had continued to use his Nico Nico Douga account since 2007, and after the 2010 uproar, he changed his account name to nameless (名無し) and refrained from activities, but continued to be a premium member.
However, in December 2018, he was confirmed as a general member.
The stamp of continuous premium has been stopped after 5 years.
He is often referred to as the planner/organizer of Cookie☆, but he is actually a surrogate.
It is assumed that the original planner and organizer was Evangelion Mark.06-shi (六号機氏), who was listed as a special thanks in the end credits of Cookie☆.
