Overview
The Founder of Herta Space Station and member No. 83 of the Genius Society. Herta is the person who only does things that interest her, once she loses interest, she quickly leaves - the space station being a prime example. In order to research the mysterious nature of Aeons, she collaborated with Screwllum, Ruan Mei, and Stephen Lloyd to create the Simulated Universe.
She usually appears in the form of a puppet that can be controlled remotely. "Compared to my childhood, I guess it's about 70% similar", says Herta herself.

- Technique: It Can Still Be Optimized

After using her Technique, Herta's ATK will increase by 40% for 3 turns at the beginning of the battle.

Asta provided financial assistance to a few exceptional children — I assume Arlan was one of them.
Ruan Mei is a genius among geniuses — I won't deny that. I don't always get along with her, but I do admire her... Maybe the admiration is mutual.

In the Japanese version, when Herta uses Talent skills, she will call out "Kuru Kuru" or "Kururing" very cutely.
