After every time the Debt Collector attacks, 2% of their max HP will be consumed. When the Debt Collector's HP is insufficient, using the ability will reduce HP to 1.
If Jade becomes the Debt Collector, she won't increase her Speed, but her HP won't be consumed after her attacks.
When the Debt Collector exists on the field, Jade cannot use her Skill. At the start of Jade's every turn, the Debt Collector's duration reduces by 1 turn.

When Charge reaches 8 stacks, Jade will consume 8 stacks of Charge to launch one instance of follow-up attack and dealing Quantum Damage equal to 60% - 132% of Jade's ATK to all enemies (This follow-up attack does not generate Charge).
When Jade triggers her Talent's follow-up attack, she immediately gains 5 stacks of Pawned Asset, with each stack increasing Critical Damage by 1.2% - 2.64%, stacking up to 50 times.
