Overview

An original series by Production I.G., Lagrange: The Flower of Rin-ne (Lag-Rin for short) is produced by Studio Xebec with I.G. as co-producer. The anime is currently airing in Tokyo MX every Sunday, 10pm.

Synopsis

Madoka Kyouno, a school girl who lives in Kamogawa, Chiba is the sole member in the Jersey Club and is always ready to help other school clubs in their activities. She was then approached by a mysterious girl named Lan who asks her to pilot a robot of alien origin called the Vox to stop an invasion which is part of an interstellar war between two alien races.

Characters

Madoka Kyono (京乃まどか, Kyono Madoka)
CV: Kaori Ishihara
The main protagonist. Madoka excels in all sorts of sports and is the only member in the Jersey Club, a club that helps other school clubs. A very energetic girl who loves saying "Maru!" whenever she succeeds in doing anything. Pilots the orbit Vox Aura (Nickname: Midori).
Lan (ラン)
CV: Asami Seto
The princess of Le Garite, an alien race that is currently at war with　De Metrio. Lan was sent to recruit Madoka to pilot the Vox in order to prevent De Metrio from using it for war purposes. Her full name is Fin E Ld Si Laffinty (フィン・エ・ルド・スイ・ラフィンティ). Pilots the orbit Vox Lympha (Nickname: Orca).
Muginami (ムギナミ)
CV: Ai Kayano
An alien girl who transfers to Madoka's school. Although she acts like a easygoing girl, she seems to have a hidden agenda. Pilots the orbit Vox Ignis.
