Overview
Mythology (神話, shinwa) are stories that explains various phenomena, such as natural objects, natural phenomena, people, cultures, and civilizations recognized by humankind, as one-time events linked to supernatural or metaphysical beings such as gods or cultural heroes at the time when the world began, and is also are stories that tells the origin and reason for existence of various phenomena.
Because of these characteristics, the events described in myths are regarded as inviolable and must be obeyed as norms, and the English word mythology has two meanings: "myth as story" and "study of myth".
These days, it is sometimes called a "myth" for such things as unimpeachable records.
