    PriPara (プリパラ, PuriPara), short for Prism Paradise, is the successor to the Pretty Rhythm series co-developed by Takara Tomy Arts and syn Sophia, and is one of the initial titles for the new Pretty Rhythm cabinet Priticke, which began operation in July 2014.


    The main character, Laala Manaka, appears in the Pretty Rhythm: All Star Selection movie and TV anime, and Meganee Akai continues to appear in Pretty Rhythm, sharing part of the setting, but without the figure skating elements that characterized Pretty Rhythm and leaning more toward the idol line.
