Super Shadow (スーパーシャドウ Sūpā Shadō) is the super transformation of Shadow. Like Sonic, Shadow is transformed by the power of seven Chaos Emeralds. And again like (Super) Sonic, Super Shadow has the ability to fly against gravity and move at the speed of light, and his Chaos Spear and other moves are also enhanced.
He made his first appearance in Sonic Adventure 2, where his entire body was silver (almost gold), perhaps because it was his first super transformation. However, because he was forced to super-enhance his body, his power dropped during battle.
In the end, he and Sonic performed chaos control to stop the Space Colony ARK, but Shadow's body could not withstand it and he crashed to the earth.
After the second time he became super, he became golden like Sonic and did not run out of power.
