Appearance

Taki has long dark-brown hair and purple eyes, and a mole under the corner of her left eye.

Her original band outfit consisted of a white jacket with pockets on each side and blue horizontal stripes on each sleeve, worn over a black top and a black button-down skirt, which is held up by a chartreuse yellow belt. She wears black shoes with chartreuse yellow laces.

In her casual outfit, she wears a black tank top and a white jacket over it, a short denim skirt with a belt around it, and black sneakers.

Background

Taki lives together with her older sister Maki, who is 4 years older than her. When Maki was in high school, she was the president of Haneoka Girls' High School's brass band and at the same time, one of the trumpet players of the local orchestra which frequently participates and wins in competitions. She currently attends university and is still part of said orchestra.

Taki used to attend Haneoka's middle school branch. It is implied that due to her not being able to live up to the expectations and pressures of her peers, who assumed Taki would be as talented and reliable as her sister was, she decided to switch to Hanasakigawa in high school.

Taki was also the drummer of CRYCHIC and was invited to join the band by Sakiko. After the band's disbandment, she started studying how to compose DTM (Desktop music).

Personality

Taki is a loner who enjoys being all alone. She works part-time at RiNG, but due to her blunt personality, short temper and the fact she has a tendency to glare at people, she isn't good at customer service. She is a bit of a perfectionist, but at the same time Taki has an inferiority complex towards her older sister and she tends to get depressed when people can't rely on her or imply that she isn't reliable enough. Taki also displays a bit of antisocial behavior, often going to karaoke and bathhouses (places usually visited with many people) alone, because according to her she thinks she has "never been anywhere alone", implying that she was not allowed to go anywhere without her older sister.

Taki considers Tomori and her music very important to her, and says that her songs resonated with her and gave Taki hope that "it's alright for someone like me to be alive." As a result she is very protective of her and even insulted Anon when she saw her running after a crying Tomori and mention that she asked Tomori to join her band.

Although she sometimes denies it, she is fond of animals and especially loves pandas. At the same time, Taki has a habit of compulsively lying even about simple things as her food preferences.
