Anthropomorphism

Anthropomorphism (擬人法) is, in the narrow sense of the term, the practice of ascribing human characteristics to plants, animals, or lifeless things.

It is also a technique of expression through language (rhetoric) that speaks in terms of anthropomorphic views.
