In this work, the copy ability does not exist yet, and the basic movements such as sucking in, spitting out, flying, and air bullets are mainly used, and some of them are designed to gain special abilities through items to pave the way.
However, the foundation of the series as a work of art is already well established, with zombie enemies that revive when scrolled out, the same zombie enemy has a completely different movement pattern depending on where it appears (as opposed to almost none in the Super Mario series, for example), enemies whose movements are based on the assumption of a high level of general performance with high sucking in (e.g., Two Face, who runs into the enemy at ultra-high speed), and the stage progression uniquely designed for the last boss battle in the final world only.
