The ZSU-23-4 Shilka is a Soviet self-propelled, radar-guided anti-aircraft weapon system (SPAAG). The Shilka first saw action in Angola in 1966 before being famously used the Arab-Israeli conflicts, including the Yom Kippur War. The Shilka was also used in the Gulf War in 1991, the Soviet–Afghan War, Operation El Dorado Canyon, the Iran-Iraq War, the 2003 Iraq War and the Russo-Ukrainian conflict.
