Stitch, also known as Experiment 626 (his "birth" and "species" name), is an alien genetic experiment created by Dr. Jumba Jookiba who was designed to cause destruction. He is a blue-furred creature who resembles a koala, with four arms, two antennae, sharp blue claws, large dark eyes, two large rabbit-like ears with notches on them, three spines sticking out of his back, and a small, stubby tail. However, he can retract his antennae, spines, claws, and lower pair of arms to pass off as a dog.
Stitch is a super strong creature who can lift up to 3000 times his own size and weight (although he cannot lift any more than exactly that amount), think "faster than a supercomputer", see in the dark, and adhere to and climb walls and ceilings with the pads on his hands and feet, among other abilities. He fireproof and bulletproof, enough so that he can catch plasma projectiles and throw them back at the shooter. His main weakness is that he cannot float or swim in water due to his dense molecular structure.
Stitch has a very childish, fun-loving, and hyperactive personality. He can be aggressive when provoked, which tends to bring out his destructive programming, but when behaved, he is self-described as "cute and fluffy". He is also emotionally fragile, as he was essentially designed to be a monster, although he is able to find love and support from others thanks to his adopter and best friend Lilo Pelekai. He has a large, omnivorous appetite; he is able to eat anything from human foods (especially his favorite food and drink, coconut cake and coffee) to rocks to metal. Thanks to Lilo's influence, he enjoys hula dancing, surfing (despite his aquaphobia), Elvis Presley, and most of all, being with his 'ohana, a Hawaiian term for extended family. His "'ohana" includes himself, Lilo, her older sister Nani Pelekai, his creator Jumba, Jumba's partner Pleakley, and the other 625 experiments made before Stitch, nearly all of whom he sees as his "cousins" (the only exception being Angel, also known as Experiment 624, who he is madly in love with).

Other Information
Character Voice (CV)
Stitch is primarily voiced by Chris Sanders, an American animator who created the character back in 1985 and is one of the two writers and directors of the 2002 original film. Sanders has been able to provide Stitch's voice in many of Disney's works even after he left the company in the late 2000s to join their rival DreamWorks Animation. However, in the English dub of the anime Stitch!, Stitch is voiced by American professional voice actor Ben Diskin, while in the Chinese animated series Stitch & Ai, he is voiced in English by a currently unknown voice actor, although it is currently believed that his voice in that series is provided by British actor Rasmus Hardiker.
In Japanese, Stitch is voiced by Kōichi Yamadera.
