Introduction
A girl who is full of curiosity and searches for something fun every day. Her unusual speech pattern of saying things like "Pleassu!" is her defining characteristic. She will give anything that interests her a try, and once she starts, she won't quit until she's satisfied. No matter what she does, she has some kind of talent for catching on right away, but once she is finally satisfied, she tends to lose interest and moves on to something new. She has an innocent nature, and is often regarded as warm and friendly due to the fact that she is not very guarded compared to others, but is the type of person who is oblivious to things she doesn't find interesting. Since the things she says and does come from her constantly changing thoughts, she is also often thought of as a slightly odd girl. She was scouted by the producer while copying the dancing she learnt from watching an idol from a screen on the street. Although Asahi plunged into the idol world with a careless "that looks cool-ssu!", she is finding out that she really wants to do it among the excitement of facing off against other idols, the shining stages, seeing how fun it all is, and from her impressive effort to display better performance. As for her relations with the other Straylight members, she is regarded as a rival by Fuyuko, but for now Asahi doesn't seem to notice it. She is treated kindly by Mei like a little sister, which she thinks feels nice.
