Overview
A candid and self-centered Intelligentsia Guild member, who often conceals his appearance with a strange plaster sculpture.
He demonstrated unparalleled intelligence and talent since his youth, but now refers to himself as a "Mundanite."
He firmly believes that intellect and creativity are not confined to geniuses. He seeks to distribute knowledge to the entire universe to cure the persistent disease named ignorance.

Deals Imaginary Damage to a single target enemy (based on his ATK) and inflicts Wiseman's Folly on that target. If an ally hits an enemy afflicted with Wiseman's Folly effect, Dr. Ratio performs an additional Talent follow-up attack on that enemy. Wiseman's Folly can be triggered for up to 2 times and every time Dr. Ratio uses his Ultimate, the count resets.

Dr. Ratio's Skill has a 40% chance of launching a follow-up attack for 1 time and dealing Imaginary Damage to the target enemy. For each debuff the target enemy has, the fixed chance of launching follow-up attack increases by 20%.
When the target has 3 or more debuffs, Dr. Ratio's Talent has a 100% chance of triggering. If the target enemy is defeated before the follow-up attack triggers, the follow-up attack will hit a single random enemy instead.

Dr. Ratio creates a dimension which Taunts nearby enemies within it, lasting for 10 seconds. After entering the combat, there is a 100% chance taunted enemies will have their Speed reduced by 15% for 2 turns.
