Overview
Germanic languages (ゲルマン語派, Geruman goha) are a subgroup of the Indo-European language family.
It is mainly used in Germanic countries such as Central Europe, Benelux, and Scandinavia. As a result of the large-scale global expansion of the British and Dutch during the Age of Discovery, speakers of Germanic languages (mostly English) are scattered throughout the world, especially in North America and Oceania.
