Overview
Kobeni Higashiyama (東山コベニ, Higashiyama Kobeni) is a rookie devil hunter belonging to the Public Safety Devil Hunters Special Division 4 . She is a timid little animal type girl who is always on edge.
She does not look like a person who can fight devils, but her senior colleague, Himeno, says that she is "shy but can move quite well.", and in fact, she is the type of person who shows her abilities as soon as she gets her nerve up.
She is a hard-hitting fighter who displays animal-like agility and strength, and his weapon of choice is an ordinary santoku knife.
Her family has no financial resources, and she was forced to become a devil hunter in order to send her talented brother to college, so she always has an aura of misfortune about her.
She is often caught up in battles with devils, and although she suffers a lot of bad luck, she seems to be strong in bad luck as she survives.
