Jin revealed the song name and that it is connected to Kisaragi Shintarou on his twitter. On May 30, 2013, 2:27 AM, the PV was uploaded to Nico Nico Douga. On April 25, 9:19 PM, on the same year, the PV got its millionth view.
Characters Appearing in This Song
The protagonist is Kisaragi Shintarou. This song takes place after Toumei Answer, and so the Shintarou appearing here is mostly after he became a hikikomori NEET. Another Shintarou also appears, this one wearing a black parka instead of his usual red jersey. Ayano also appears several times in flashbacks, talking to Shintarou.
During the first chorus, all members of the Mekakushidan appear, giving each other high fives and linking arms; Shintarou seems to be good friends with all of them.
During the second verse, Ene also appears, but she wears the jersey seen in the Jinzou Enemy PV rather than her usual outfit.
Dark Konoha also appears, and Shintarou is shown preventing him from killing himself.
Once the two Shintarous seem to have died, Azami appears...
Towards the very end, Ayano is shown with red eyes, confirming that she had some kind of eye power. And finally, the Shintarou to whom Ayano gives her muffler also has his eyes turn red, and so it is thought that this Shintarou has obtained powers as well.
Minutiae
The part of the video from 0:39 is labeled as "Route 1", and the part from 1:52 is labeled "Route XX". Also, at 3:37 the background shows the previous footage of the PV being rewound.
Ayano's suicide took place during the summer of her and Shintarou's first year of high school, but when Ayano appears in the PV, she wears her winter uniform from middle school (plus her red muffler).
