Satomi Ozawa (小沢 さとみ, Ozawa Satomi) belongs to the Star Chamber Club, an organization that unites dragon bearers who hold dragon children. She is a very strong-willed girl, but also has a strong yearning to kill people. She is enrolled in Banda Academy, a young lady's school that requires high grades, good family background, and even good proportions. She is sometimes harsh with her childhood friend Bungo Takano, but trusts him the most.
