Overview
Stopping time (時間停止, ikan teishi) is the power involves being able to stop time and create a situation where only the user can move but not anyone else. It is often seen in science fiction media.
The ability varies from work to work, and can range from stopping time for a few seconds to a minute, stopping time on a spatial scale, slowing down the speed of time (at first glance, this does not appear to be time stopping, but from the user's point of view, it is because time appears to have stopped), slowing down time around them and accelerating their own time (in some cases, only their own time is used for normal operation), or even eternal standstill, which stops even the operation of stars on a global or universe-wide scale, or a wide range of time manipulation abilities.
