This is...a sketch... (落書き・・・だと・・・) is a pixiv tag for illustration authors that use the "doodle" or "sketch" tags to their illustrations.
However, there are many cases where the artist's drawing ability is unusually high, or the artist is embarrassed to add the tag to the illustration, even though it is called a doodle. Perhaps because of this, there are many illustrations of such high quality that it is hard to believe that they are doodles.
