Inui Arihiko (乾有彦) is a side character from Tsukihime and Kagetsu Tohya. He is Shiki Tohno's classmate and best friend. He is a student at Metropolitan Souya High School where he seems to have a crush on Ciel Senpai. When Shiki was living with the Arimas, he often used to hang out with Arihiko. He has a competitive attitude against Shiki yet attentive as well; he is the first to show up when Shiki is sick. He is living with his sister Ichiko Inui, their parents are deceased.
