Classic Knuckles (クラシックナックルズ) refers to the pre-Sonic Adventure form of Knuckles from the Sonic the Hedgehog series.
Classic Knuckles (クラシックナックルズ Kurashikku Nakkuruzu) is the Knuckles of the pre-Sonic Adventure era (the Mega Drive and Sega Genesis era).
Like the Modern Knuckles, the classic one is a red anthropomorphic echidna but much shorter with black eyes. In Sonic the Hedgehog: The Movie he wears a brown cowboy hat to fit with his treasure hunter theme in that anime. His hat also has three yellow circles with red stars.
