Overview
The Sega Genesis (メガジェネシス) is a rebrand video game console of the Sega Mega Drive by Sega for American markets (meaning both north and south). It's a 16-bit console from the fourth generation of consoles and just like how the Sega Mark III created a console war in Japan, the same can be said about the Sega Genesis in North America, with loads of aggressive advertising about better hardware capabilities and having a more adult tone than their competitor.
