Overview
Elf ears (エルフ耳, erufumimi) are long, pointed ears that are a characteristic of elves.
Or, if the ears are not long but pointed, this tag can be applied.
History
To begin with, elf ears have not always been long.
In the early days, the ears were only pointed at the tips, no different from demon ears (or, as Group SNE put it, Vulcan ears) in the old fashioned sense (see the film version of The Lord of the Rings (Legolas)).
