Haruko Haruhara (ハルハラ・ハル子, Haruhara Haruko), also known as the Vespa Woman (ベスパ女), suddenly appeared in front of Naota Nandaba at the start of the story by ramming her vespa at him. Her real name though, is Haruha Raharu (ハルハ・ラハル).
She has a very outlandish personality, being very outspoken, violent, high-tension, and yet natural.
She always carries a bass guitar, which she uses as a weapon to beat her opponents.
She always dressed up as a nurse, a maid, a bunny girl, etc., and fought in the same costumes.
