Chef
A black man who worked as a cook in the cafeteria of the elementary school. He is one of the few adults in South Park who has common sense, and is often asked by the students for advice, warning them when their behavior is inappropriate.
Pip Pilip
A transfer student from England. In the 200th episode of the 14th season, he was trampled to death by the giant robot Mecha-Streisand.
Jason White
A background character, but in season 23, episode 6 season finale when he goes into the street to receive a pass during football practice with everyone he went into the street to receive a pass and was hit by a police car and died.
Veronica Crabtree (Ms. Crabtree)
Driver of the South Park Elementary School shuttle bus. When she picks up students, she says "Sit down and shut up!". She was slaughtered by a serial killer in season 8, episode 13 because of her lack of appearance.
