Overview
Medoi-san (めどいさん, Medoi-san) is the originator of the so-called Nijiura Maid genre, and without her, the current Nijiura Maids would not have been born. There were maids before her, but she was the first maid to express her character's nature in her name.
Etymology
Medoi-san's name comes from a mispelling of the japanese word for maid, "meido" (めいど, meido). Medoi (めどい, medoi) is also the japanese word for bothersome, and Medoi-san's main personality trait is finding everything bothersome. This was what started the trend of giving maids names reflecting their personalities began.
Personality
When she appears to be slacking off, she has already done her errands and preparations.
Although she is unsociable, she is well-liked and popular among many junior staff members.
