Nijiura (虹裏, Nijiura, lit. "ALT-2D"), official name NijigenUra@Futaba (二次元裏＠ふたば, NijigenUra@Futaba), is a board on Futaba Channel and sometimes is seen as Futaba.
There are several message boards on Futaba Channel, and it seems that "Ura" in this message board basically means "to allow a certain degree of off-boarding" or "a little bit of adult entertainment is ok". In addition to Nijiura, there are also boards such as Gunura (軍裏) and Rakugakiura (落書き裏).
This group of message boards allows "off-boarding" and numerous topics are posted. However, the basic prohibited topics on Futaba Channel, such as politics, racism, uncensored, underage (includes fictional) and guro (grotesque) topics that may affect the survival of the server, as well as acts that overload the server and vandalism are also prohibited.
Basically, all residents are nameless and use the default names Toshiaki or Kakkou (being 「 」).
