Gorou and Shirley

Gorou and Shirley (ゴローとシャーリー, Gorou to Shārī) comes from a manga edit about the characters Inogashira Gorou (Kodoku no Gourmet) and Shirley Madison (Shirley) interacting.

A scene in Kodoku no Gourmet had became popular to edit and reimagined.

In the story, Gorou complains to the manager who abuses the waitress, and the manager tries to kick Gorou out of the restaurant, but instead he puts the manager in an armlock.

The edit had replaced the manager with Shirley in this scene. While one is a hard-core gourmet manga, the other is a maid manga, and they have nothing in common, but that is why they seem to leave a lasting impression on the viewer.
