Overview
Nijiura Maid (虹裏メイド, Nijiura Mēdo) as the name suggests, are maids. However, all the maids have too many habits and it is doubtful if they can fulfill their duties as maids.
Each maids' name is a pun making the names mostly meaningful in Japanese. The group of maids are given odd personalities or physical characteristics.
Many of the names look like "x-san", but there are other Nijiura maid names that don't.
Some maids have copyrighted counterparts such as Hayai-san from Sonic the Hedgehog, but these come from a different setting and are different characters, basically.
The maids are sometimes shown with the OS-tans.
History
They where born Futaba Channel by a user's thought about having a cute maid. Due to Futaba Channel being an anonymous board there is no "official content" of the maids, it makes their creators unknown with a lack of information.
