Overview
Navia is a positive and friendly person, currently president of Spina di Rosula, a private organization involved in solving problems in many fields and taking on the responsibility of rescuing citizens when the government cannot act.
She's so famous that a cruise line is named after her, and her gorgeous clothes make you think she's rich, but in reality, her father Callas passed away a few years ago in a scandal and caused the organization Spina di Rosula to collapse, losing all financial potential. This leaves Navia in financial trouble, as she now lives in the slums of Poisson Town and the basement of Fontaine Court.
Spina di Rosula are very effective in their work but their actions always increase in proportion to the consequences. Sometimes causing so much commotion that Melusine officers have to calm the people on behalf of Spina di Rosula.

Hey there!
Feelin' lucky?
This one's got your name on it!
...Umbrella warfare, I guess?
Press
Navia will fire off Rosula Shardshots from her Gunbrella that can pierce enemies and dealing Geo Damage. The more Rosula Shardshots that strike an enemy, the more Damage dealt.
When a party member obtains an Elemental Shard created from the Crystallize reaction, Navia gains a Crystal Shrapnel stack (Max 6 stacks). Each time one Crystal Shrapnel stack is gained, the duration is reset.
When Navia uses Elemental Skill, she will consume all Crystal Shrapnel stacks and enhances the skill based on the number of stacks consumed. The number of stacks consumed will create different effects:
- From 1 to 3 stacks: Each stack increases the number of Rosula Shardshots fired.
- From 4 to 6 stacks: Each stack beyond the third increases the Damage dealt by Navia's Gunbrella shot.
Hold
Enter Aiming Mode while continuing to collect Elemental Shards from Crystallize reactions and when released, Navia fires Rosula Shardshots.
Navia's Elemental Skill has two charges by default at set intervals.
Arkhe: Ousia
Navia will unleash a Surging Blade when she fires her Gunbrella, dealing Ousia-aligned Geo Damage.
- Elemental Burst: As the Sunlit Sky's Singing Salute
A proper sendoff! From the Spina, with love.
Fire!!! ...Well, with rocks.
Attack! Mm-hmm, that's the way.
Navia will use Rosula Dorata Salute cannon to fire off the enemies in front of her and dealing AoE Geo Damage, also triggering Fire Support, which periodically deals Geo Damage for a limited time.
When a cannon attack hits an enemy, Navia gains 1 stack of Crystal Shrapnel. This effect can be triggered up to once every 2.4 seconds.
- 1st Ascension Passive: Undisclosed Distribution Channels
For 4 seconds after using Elemental Skill: Ceremonial Crystalshot, Navia's Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks will deal Geo Damage that cannot be overridden. The Damage dealt by these attacks is also increased by 40%.
- 4th Ascension Passive: Mutual Assistance Network
For every Pyro, Electro, Cryo, and Hydro member in the party, Navia's ATK is increased by 20% and can stack up to 2 times.
- Utility Passive: Painstaking Transaction
Navia gains increased rewards when dispatched on a 20-hour expedition within Fontaine.

About Other Characters
This part is about what Navia thinks about the other characters in Genshin Impact.
She might not say much, or show a lot of emotion, but I can tell that she feels deeply. After my father's death, I... well, it caused quite a rift between us for a long time. But even then, I never did like having her constantly walking on eggshells around me... I much prefer how things are now.
I was lucky enough to catch her in an opera when I was young. Even though it was a charity show, the tickets were nearly impossible to get! She was performing in character then, but I thought she seemed more in her element then than she ever did as an Archon, giving speeches up in the opera box... Looking back, I guess my intuition was right.
Ah, how to describe Monsieur Neuvillette... He's... complex, in some ways — but very straightforward in others. I guess a good analogy would be rocky reefs in the sea: Trying to navigate through obstacles you can't see makes for a bumpy ride, but if you can figure out how they work, you start to spot the signs.
Charlotte's known for her fast-and-furious reporting, but it's her photography skills that really impress me. She once snapped a quick photo of me, a waist-up shot, and the result was absolutely stunning — it was like looking at an oil painting. She seems to have a knack for writing extraordinary news stories and taking the most eye-catching photos. Guess she was born to be a journalist.
I know magicians can often be all bravado and razzmatazz, but I can tell that Lyney is a sincere guy who cares deeply about his friends and family. He's so mature for his age, it catches me off guard sometimes... Oh, and how could I forget — it was so kind of him to try and cheer up the children in Poisson with an impromptu free magic show during the flood! I'll have to invite him and Lynette over for some macarons at my place when I get the chance. I know Lynette's always conjuring teacups out of thin air, so surely at least she's a fan of a proper tea break?
Trying to discuss anything with that guy is an exhausting process. Clorinde says I needn't have any reservations about collaborating with him in the scope of our preexisting agreement, but I still shouldn't trust everything that comes out of his mouth. No wonder my father never tried to get involved with the affairs of the Fortress... I think I'll play it safe and keep things that way.
Ah, the fashion designer who brought the coolest Inazuman trends to Fontaine? She's actually been a great help to the Spina behind the scenes. She says my unorthodox ideas always give her a lot of inspiration for her work, and from what I can tell, I think she means it. Still, she drew the line at my request for a ten-meter-tall top hat. *sigh* Missed opportunity, if you ask me... Imagine seeing one of those in front of the shop! It would be a great way to draw in customers.
She is a formidable but caring leader, and definitely comes across like a master of the house. But she's still a Fatui Harbinger, and that means she must have a more ruthless side. So don't worry — while I'll always appreciate what she did for Poisson, I'm not about to let my guard down around her completely.
