- Normal Attack: Oath of Hunting Shadows
- Normal Attack: Combo up to 5 strikes and dealing Physical Damage to enemies.
- Charged Attack: Consumes Stamina to deliver suppressing fire with her pistolet in a fan pattern and dealing Physical Damage.
- Plunging Attack: Plunges from the air to the ground and deals AoE Damage on impact.
- Elemental Skill: Hunter's Vigil
Ready.
Loaded.
Into the shadows!
Clorinde enters the "Night Vigil" state, using sword and pistolet together. In this state, Clorinde's Normal Attack will turn into "Swift Hunt" pistolet shots and dealing Electro Damage that cannot be overridden (Cannot use Charged Attack while in this state).
If Clorinde uses her Elemental Skill again while still in the "Night Vigil" state, she will attack with "Impale the Night", lunging forward with her blade and dealing Electro Damage.
Damage dealt by "Swift Hunt" and "Impale the Night" is considered Normal Attack Damage.
Swift Hunt
- When her Bond of Life is below 100% of her Max HP, she shots fired will pierce enemies, deal higher Damage to enemies in each bullet's path and increase her Bond of Life based on her Max HP.
- When her Bond of Life is greater than or equal to 100% of her Max HP, she fires normal shots.
Impale the Night
The effects of "Impale the Night" depend on her current Bond of Life percentage:
- If she has no Bond of Life, she simply executes a lunging sword strike.
- If her Bond of Life is less than 100% of her Max HP, she heals herself based on her Bond of Life value and the Damage and AoE of this usage of "Impale the Night" are increased.
- If her Bond of Life is greater than or equal to 100% of her Max HP, she uses "Impale the Night: Pact", which the healing multiplier is increased and further increases the AoE and Damage of this usage of the attack.
In addition, sources of healing other than "Impale the Night" will not heal Clorinde while she is in the "Night Vigil" state. Instead, a percentage of the healing will be converted into Bond of Life. The "Night Vigil" state will be cleared when Clorinde leaves the field.
Arkhe: Ousia
Periodically, striking an enemy with "Swift Hunt" shots will summon a Surging Blade and dealing Ousia-aligned Electro Damage.
- Elemental Burst: Last Lightfall
Hunt them down!
Time to testify.
Where evil lurks, shoot on sight!
Clorinde gains a Bond of Life based on her Max HP before performing a swift dodge-and-strike with both her weapons and dealing AoE Electro Damage.
- 1st Ascension Passive: Dark-Shattering Flame
After a nearby party member triggers an Electro reaction, Clorinde's Normal Attack and Elemental Burst deal increased Electro Damage based on her ATK by 20% for 15 seconds. This effect stacks up to 3 times and each stack's duration is independent. The maximum Damage increase that can be obtained in this way is 1,800.
- 4th Ascension Passive: Lawful Remuneration
If Clorinde's Bond of Life is greater than or equal to 100% of her Max HP, her Critical Rate will increase by 10% for 15 seconds whenever her Bond of Life value goes up or down. This can stack up to 2 stacks, and each stack's duration is independent. This Talent also enhances her Elemental Skill's "Night Vigil" state by increasing 100% of healing that is converted to Bond of Life.
- Utility Passive: Night Vigil's Harvest
When Clorinde is in the party, the location of items unique to Fontaine will appear on the mini-map.
Level | Name | Effect |
---|---|---|
1 | "From This Day, I Pass the Candle's Shadow-Veil" | During the "Night Vigil" state, when Clorinde's Normal Attack deals Electro Damage to an enemy, she summons a Nightvigil Shade near the enemy to perform two combo attacks, dealing Electro Damage equal to 30% of Clorinde's ATK. This effect can only be activated once every 1.2 seconds, and Damage dealt in this way is treated as Normal Attack Damage. |
2 | "Now, As We Face the Perils of the Long Night" | The effects of the talent "Dark-Shattering Flame" are strengthened as follows: After a nearby team character causes an Electro-related reaction on an enemy, the Electro Damage dealt by Clorinde's Normal Attacks and Last Lightfall is increased by 30% of Clorinde's ATK for 15 seconds and can be stacked up to 3 stacks. The duration is counted independently for each stack. When Clorinde has 3 stacks, Clorinde's interruption resistance is increased. The above attack damage of Clorinde that can be increased in this way is up to 2,700. The talent "Dark-Shattering Flame" must be unlocked. |
3 | "I Pledge to Remember the Oath of Daylight" | Level Elemental Skill: Hunter's Vigil +3. Maximum upgrade level is 15. |
4 | "To Enshrine Tears, Life, and Love" | When Last Lightfall deals damage to an enemy/enemies, the Damage is increased based on the percentage of Clorinde's Bond of Life as follows: +2% Last Lightfall damage for every 1% of Bond of Life. 5 | "Holding Dawn's Coming as My Votive" | Level Elemental Burst: Last Lightfall +3. Maximum upgrade level is 15. |
6 | "And So Shall I Never Despair" | For 12 seconds after activating Hunter's Vigil, Clorinde's critical hit rate is increased by 10%, and critical hit damage is increased by 70%. Also, during the "Night Vigil" state, in certain situations, the "Glimbright Shade" will appear and perform a follow-up attack, dealing Electro Damage equal to 200% of Clorinde's ATK. Damage caused in this way is considered Normal Attack damage. The "Glimbright Shade" appears in the following situations: Just before Clorinde is hit by an attack or when Clorinde uses "Impale the Night: Pact". The "Glimbright Shade" can only be summoned once per second using these two ways. During the "Night Vigil" state, the "Glimbright Shade" can be summoned up to 6 times. Also, during the "Night Vigil" state, Clorinde's damage taken is reduced by 80% and her interruption resistance is increased. This effect is canceled when the "Night Vigil" state ends, or 1 second after the "Glimbright Shade" has been summoned 6 times. |
This part is about what Clorinde thinks about the other characters in Genshin Impact.
In the past, I always stood behind her at tea parties, sword at the ready. But now, I get to sit at the table and enjoy the tea and treats along with her.
I'm now beginning to understand why she complains all the time about how hard it is to maintain her physique.
Managing the Fortress of Meropide is no mean feat. Wriothesley is undoubtedly a highly capable person if he can maintain relative stability in a place like that. I highly suspect that he keeps quiet about some of the methods he uses, but there's no way we can know.
Miss Sigewinne is an excellent nurse, equally adept at treating the injured and comforting the distressed. I'm sure that her kind and loving nature brings out what little good there may be even in the vilest offenders of the Fortress of Meropide. And maybe that just might serve as enough of a motivation for them to change their ways.
Navia's been in a good mood lately. It seems like every other day she's asking me to join her at Tabletop Troupe for a new script.
The story is always so different. Save for the few times when I've taken the role of Game Master, I often play in character and join her on the adventure. But I do try to avoid playing any characters from the court, so as not to make the atmosphere too serious...
Charlotte is one of the more tactful journalists out there. I don't have anything negative to say about her.
Unlike some, she doesn't ambush me with her Kamera on my way to work, or follow me to the coffee shop to report on what I'm drinking today... And most commendably of all, she is well aware that I do not do interviews and doesn't nag me about it continuously.
No one is in any doubt as to the Iudex's authority. He always delivers a fair verdict — and when necessary, I will reiterate the fairness of this verdict with my sword.
I have to applaud the great magician for the level of professionalism he displays in his craft. If I ever have the time, I would very much like to enjoy one of his shows as a regular audience member.
One day, I received a parcel containing a miniature mechanical toy and a thank-you card. The toy was exquisitely made. I must thank Mr. Freminet in person when I get the opportunity... Hm? The opportunity may be hard to come by, you say? Very well, then I too shall write a thank-you card. Please pass it on to him for me.
Ah yes, Captain Chevreuse. That's a name I've heard before. She has been landed with lawsuits on several occasions, after being accused of using excessive force when arresting culprits. She refuted the allegations just as forcefully during her testimony, leaving the plaintiff speechless. I think she's outstanding.
I've bought clothes from her store before. They're good quality. But most of the time, I prefer to wear my work uniform. Partly because it serves to clearly communicate my identity, and partly because I like things that are familiar. Just like my sword, this uniform is familiar and functional — I have no desire to change it.
I've heard that she's a perfumer. I've also heard a little about her true profession. I saw her out on the street once. She was stroking a little dog, and had a gentle smile on her face. We nodded at each other, then each went our separate ways.
