Overview編集

NiGHTS (ナイツ, Naitsu) is a series of two games developed by Sonic Team and published by Sega. The series started in 1996 after the release of Sonic & Knuckles in 1994 with Nights into Dreams, but the ideal of the game came around in 1992 during the development of Sonic the Hedgehog 2. Sonic Team veterans, Yuji Naka, Naoto Ohshima, and Takashi Iizuka led the development of the first game.

Despite the series only having two games it has quite a cult following and one of Sega's most popular games.
