Oh, hello. I'm Ororon from the Masters of the Night-Wind. Want some vegetables?
Oh, don't worry — I'm not trying to sell anything to you or get anything in return. There's no rhyme or reason for it, really. I just like to see what every seed grows up to be, so I end up with a lot of produce. As long as my vegetables wind up in the stomach of someone who enjoys them, that's all that matters.

Overview
Ororon is a young man in the Masters of the Night-Wind. Similarly to his mentor, Citlali, Ororon is a unique outlier in that he is considered eccentric. Not only did he pick up on some of Citlali's traits, but he also preferred to live alone, away from tribal lands.
In his youth, Ororon was abandoned by his biological parents for reasons unknown, However, it was later revealed that he has a unique constitution of his own — he has a "damaged" soul, which is considered to bring ill tidings and misfortune by the tribe. As such, Ororon was ostracized despite being raised by the tribe, leaving him questioning the purpose of his life. The tribe originally intended to sacrifice him to bring lost souls back to the Night Kingdom, but the ritual failed, leaving him wanting to sacrifice his life to help others. This resulted in him agreeing with Capitano's plan.
When the Khaenri'ahn soul Guthred attempted to wrestle control of his body to serve Capitano, Ororon realized that his life had further meaning than originally thought and resolved to make a more meaningful impact. This resulted in him being acknowledged by his tribe's Wayob and admitting that his initial support of Capitano's plan was flawed.
Talents
- Normal Attack: Spiritvessel Snapshot
- Normal Attack: Performs up to 3 consecutive shots with a bow.
- Charged Attack: Performs a more precise Aimed Shot with increased Damage. While aiming, Electro energy will accumulate on the arrowhead. A fully charged arrow will deal immense Electro Damage.
- Plunging Attack: Fires off a shower of arrows in mid-air before falling and striking the ground, dealing AoE Damage upon impact.
- Elemental Skill: Night's Sling
Not too far, now.
Farewell.
Be free!
Ororon manifests an ancient mystical technique from the Masters of the Night-Wind as a Spirit Orb of midnight shade and throws it at his foe, dealing Nightsoul-aligned Electro Damage.
When other enemies are nearby, the Spirit Orb will bounce between them, dealing Nightsoul-aligned Electro Damage. Each time Elemental Skill: Night's Sling is used, each enemy can only be selected as a target once.
After 3 bounces, or if there are no eligible targets left, the Orb will disappear.
- Elemental Burst: Dark Voices Echo
Go, you're free now.
Time to say hello.
Tell me what you see.
Ororon works an ancient ritual, dealing Nightsoul-aligned AoE Electro Damage, summoning forth a Supersonic Oculus.
Supersonic Oculus
- Continuously taunts nearby enemys and attracts attacks from them.
- Continuously rotates and fires off sonic waves that deal Nightsoul-aligned Electro Damage.
- 1st Ascension Passive: Nightshade Synesthesia
After a nearby party member triggers Nightsoul Burst, Ororon will gain 40 Nightsoul points. Within 15 seconds after using his Elemental Skill: Night's Sling, when other party members' Hydro or Electro attacks hit enemies, Ororon will gain 5 Nightsoul points, an effect that can occur every 0.3 seconds for a maximum of 10 times during this 15 seconds duration.
Ororon can have a maximum of 80 Nightsoul points.
Also, when nearby enemies take Electro-Charged reaction Damage or Nightsoul-aligned Damage dealt by other nearby characters, Ororon will consume 10 Nightsoul points (provided he has at least that amount), entering the Nightsoul's Blessing state and triggering the Hypersense effect: Deal Nightsoul-aligned Electro Damage based on 160% of Ororon's ATK to at most 4 nearby enemies. The aforementioned effect can trigger once every 1.8 seconds.
Nightsoul's Blessing: Ororon
Ororon's Nightsoul's Blessing state lasts 6 seconds.
- 4th Ascension Passive: Aspect Catalyst
After the Elemental Skill: Night's Sling's Spirit Orb hits an enemy, Ororon will gain the Aspect Sigil effect for 15 seconds.
Aspect Sigil
When a nearby active party member hits an enemy with Normal, Charged, or Plunging Attacks, that character will restore 3 Energy. If Ororon is off-field, Ororon will also restore 3 Energy. This effect can trigger once every 1 second, and can trigger 3 times per duration.
- Night Realm's Gift Passive: Flowing Fog, Spritely Shadows
While in an area with Phlogiston Mechanics within Natlan, he can use Nightsoul Transmission: Ororon. When the active character is currently in the air, the following will trigger when switching to Ororon: Ororon will leap up high. Nightsoul Transmission can be triggered once every 10 seconds by your party.
Holding Aiming Mode will cause Ororon to enter the Spiritspeaker state, which will allow him to interact with Nightspirit Graffiti and Nightspirit Sigils, extracting information and power from them. The rules for interacting with these objects follow the same rules as those governing Iktomisaurus interactions.
Additionally, holding the jump button will cause Ororon to consume 75 Stamina and leap. In areas within Natlan where Phlogiston mechanics are present, Ororon will prioritize consuming 5 Phlogiston to leap to a height higher still.
When in the air, Ororon can Hold his Normal Attack to consume Phlogiston or Stamina and enter Aiming Mode.
- Utility Passive: The Art of Skinchanging
Increases gliding Speed for your own party members by 15% (Not stackable with Passive Talents that provide the exact same effects).

About Other Characters
This part is about what Ororon thinks about the other characters in Genshin Impact.
Granny is actually a very straightforward person. She wears her emotions on her sleeve, you know? It's hard for her to hide what she's feeling. You're the same age as her, right? Or... are you even older?
Sorry, I shouldn't ask. That was probably rude... But, if I'm right, maybe you could spend more time together. Granny's been surrounded by people younger than her for a long time, and she's probably had enough. I know she'll be happy to see you.
I didn't really know the Pyro Archon before all this.
I mean, I knew of her, but I didn't KNOW know her, you know? I used to think of her like a totem engraved with the word "strength," like a symbol of total power and control. But, it never went deeper than that, so doubt started to creep in.
Now that I know her better, I feel grateful, but I'm also a little disappointed in myself... She seems so sure of her purpose. She has a fire inside her and knows exactly why it burns, so she won't ever let the flames go out. I want that... I want to be someone who can help Natlan.
Anyway, so there's that, and um... I also noticed her eating a lot of leafy vegetables at the victory feast. When I asked her about it, she said she likes to keep a balanced diet. Kinda surprised me somehow. I guess she's more mindful of the little things than I expected.
Ajaw is an interesting case. He's old, but also young... And Kinich is just the opposite — young, but also old. You know what I mean, right?
She seems to enjoy relaxing in high places, especially trees. In my experience, hanging upside down from a tree branch is more relaxing than lying on top of one. Maybe I should share that with her sometime... What? But don't we all need a change of perspective every now and then? Shouldn't that be even more true for an inventor like Xilonen?
Chasca is famous for a reason. She's an amazing mediator. The minute she shows up, all the fighting stops, and everyone starts shaking hands like the best of friends. She has a pretty convincing method, apparently — "armed deterrence"... Not a bad name.
Iansan is a famous sports coach, and well... All I can say is, I'm grateful the Pyro Archon didn't send her after me. I may have an advantage when it comes to height, but I'm pretty sure she can outrun me... Oh, the smoke-cloud trick? Heh, after you use it a bunch, people start to see it coming.
Ifa may scold his patients a lot, but he actually has a great relationship with the saurians. Whenever he has some time off, he'd play the guitar in front of the clinic, and a bunch of saurians would gather around and sing along.
Although, it's more like noise than actual singing. I like to join in when I'm around, too... with the saurians, I mean.
