Toei Animation (東映アニメーション, Tōei Animēshon) is an animation production company and a major subsidiary of Toei Company.
It is a well-established studio that produced Japan's first full-color animated feature film The White Snake Enchantress (1958).
During its Toei Doga period, the company was involved in the sale of home video game software as a game company, but for some reason, the rate of poorly made games was very high.
